@tomnator: When did you order the IPHONE? I ordered the same thing at 9:10 a.m. via the hotline, estimated delivery date October 7th, 2016
I think it’s better to always do something in writing. The chat is gone as soon as you close it, but the email is not. 😄
@jaeni7687 Let’s see. I’m already excited. But perhaps Swisscom understands FIFO differently than we do:C
It’s really great. I sent an email to Swisscom this morning that said they should not write “We will inform you in the next few days” when it comes to status, but rather “We will inform you in the next few weeks”. Someone must have lost their penny. 😛
I’m also still stuck with no information about the delivery date possible
Hello everyone.
I just wanted to ask how things are looking for you.
For me it looks like this:
Iphone 6+ 128GB Gray Ordered on September 19th at 7:14 am. Order was in the system on September 20th at 2:17 am. I still have an unknown delivery date. Is there anyone else with an iPhone 6+ 128 GB Gray who feels the same way as me?
Greetings Yannick

You don’t seriously believe that a Swisscom shop employee has even the slightest hint of power to intervene in the order. Fortunately! Because otherwise all of us who don’t have such an employee as a colleague would be stuck for a few weeks 😉
When I went to the Swisscom shop for the iPhone 5, I was given a case for the iPhone as compensation for the long waiting time and I didn’t have to pay the first monthly bill for my subscription. If I don’t receive the iPhone 6+ in a reasonable time or if I see that Swisscom isn’t strictly adhering to the FIFO principle, I’ll put pressure on it.

What is your experience?
Should you call the hotline and get things done? Is it worth it?
@mrcel I chatted with a Swisscom employee earlier. But don’t think that helped. Thanks to the lady’s talkativeness, I now have a little leverage regarding FIFO, which I will rub under the noses of the Swisscom employees in the shop this evening and put pressure on them.
If Swisscom announces that it will operate according to the FIFO principle, it should be done that way. If someone places an order on September 19th, it should also be processed before the order on September 20th. No matter what channel the order arrives through. The date the order was placed should count. Otherwise I can say straight away that trading is not carried out according to the FIFO principle. When I pre-ordered the iPhone 5, I received a possible delivery date within 3 days. And the delivery date for the iPhone 6 is still a long time coming.
@buzzman When and where did you place your order?
Regarding FIFO. Just had contact with a Swisscom employee. I find that a real disgrace. Big announcement that it will be traded according to FIFO and then this:
: 10:44:53
It may be that the order was placed via another channel and was therefore visible more quickly in the system. Our orders are processed one after the other.Yannick: 10:45:50
Then Swisscom would not process the orders according to the FIFO principle because my order is 25 hours older than the other person’s.SereinaS: 10:46:28
Yes, but depending on which channel you use to place the order, the system’s processing is faster or slower.SereinaS: 10:46:37
That’s why you can’t be precise about the time of ordering.
Well, first of all, I just find it embarrassing that SC doesn’t even manage to specify a delivery date. The first iPhones will be delivered tomorrow and there are still customers who don’t have a delivery date. Secondly, from what I read here in the forum, SC’s FIFO was never adhered to. I ordered an iPhone 6+ 128GB spacegray on September 19th, 2014 at 7:00 a.m. and my friend who ordered the same at 10:00 a.m. has the delivery date October 3rd, 2014 and I still have an unknown delivery date. How can that be?
I have to say that the pre-sales for the iPhone 6 and iPhone 6+ are actually even worse than for the iPhone 5. Back then you at least got a delivery date.
