I also have this problem. Recordings cannot be played back via the Blue TV app, TV Box or PC. The app says: Oops, something went wrong.
I’ve noticed this since January 2025. Since then, Swisscom customer service has tried everything. Reset TV box, reset Internet router, reset with paper clip. Latest TV box connected! Nothing helps. Frustration remains.
So this must have something to do with the synchronisation? Couldn’t Swisscom do an overall synchronisation or something? Because I can’t solve the problem from home.
Some films are playing again. But since today other films are no longer running. I was able to replace some films. But documentaries or films that rarely or never run are still broken today. Surely this problem must be solvable?
I’m slowly running on pins and needles as to which film will stop playing next.
