I have a bug similar to yours. Some of the recordings, dating from 2015-16 -17, are no longer accessible, although they are archived, if I want to view them on my PC, whereas a few weeks ago everything was working. However, I can view them on my TV via the box.
I contacted the Swisscom hotline, but they couldn’t offer me a solution. All they suggest is that I call another Swisscom service, which unfortunately isn’t free. So for the time being, I’m refusing to call them.
