Ciao AndyU,
“Sound yes - picture no” always sounds to me like a network issue (bandwidth or latency). I would restart all network components in the AppleTV —> Internet chain.
By the way, the channels you mentioned work problem-free for me.
Regarding the message on paid content about HDMI / Airplay: someone once explained to me that Swisscom doesn’t have the rights there, but I’m not sure whether that’s correct.lg

Hello Luke,
Renting and buying sports events and videos only works on the box at home or on the TV Air website. Purchased/rented content can then be played in the app or on the web in Anschluss.
I don’t fully understand why it’s not possible to purchase directly in the app.
Best regards
Hello Natasha,
I had the same problem as you until recently. It first occurred for me after installing iOS 13 or with version 3.5.0, but I don’t know exactly what caused the problem.
Yesterday I installed the latest (beta) version of iOS (13.2) and the problem no longer occurs there.
I’m curious whether the problem will be resolved with the release of the official 13.2 version of iOS.
Best regards,
BINGIE!

Hello @Scheusteuflei33,
You can find the sound and image settings in the player, at the top right under the “…” menu. - Soluzioneselezionata da SamuelD
Hello Nippebob,
That sounds a lot like an out of memory exception to me. The TV Air app still supports devices with iOS 9.x, but in my opinion it should no longer do so. Depending on how old / decrepit your device is, the app will work or not. What kind of device do you have exactly? when was it purchased?
The only advice I have here is to restart the device and don’t open anything other than TV Air. Then you might have a chance of the app starting.lg

Hello Kat76, I noticed that too. Live TV / recordings and replay only work on advertising-financed channels or public broadcasters. But not for the Teleclub channels or for purchased or rented videos. I suspect the reason is different contracts with the authors. American film studios in particular are often very restrictive when it comes to how their content is handled. Greetings Bingie!
