E-invoice for multiple customer numbers
The e-invoices have no longer been processed correctly for several months. When I switch my three invoices to e-invoicing, two have remained “In Process” for weeks. Logging out of e-banking and logging in didn’t help. Both the shop and the call center were unable to help. What’s interesting is that it worked without any problems before and suddenly it hasn’t worked for two months.
How can I set up multiple invoices via e-bill?
Clean up repetitions
The repetitions in my recordings (20% free) must be cleaned up or intercepted using logic and future multiple recordings must be prevented.
- Assumption: I only want a certain film or series once among my recordings.
2nd assumption: If the same season and episode is available, the more current one should be kept if it is longer than the existing one. - So: If a programmed recording already exists under Recordings, point it out to the user and not record or record and replace the existing one.

- Displaying the number of recordings in the box recording list would be ideal.
- The sound channels on Fox and Kabel1 are sometimes swapped. At Fox, for example, the language of Doctor Who has to be changed manually to German. Sometimes you have to select a different recording, change the language and then call up the Fox broadcast to change the language at all.
- There are fluctuations in the sound with Kabel1 recordings. Solution: change voice channel 🙂
SCTV 2.0 changes the way you watch TV
For a junkie like me, Swisscom TV 2.0 is the fulfillment of many TV dreams. I’m already at 63% used space. A large part is of course due to the automatically recorded repetitions. So if there are still 50 episodes of a series available, you have to adjust your viewing habits. In the past, you were forced to watch programs before they were deleted. Since the archived ones were also deducted from the available space, a decision had to be made (not quite as elementary as with Sophie’s Choice). This pressure is no longer there at 1000 hour capacity. I also buy even fewer DVDs. VOD? Reduced because I can keep the Teleclub broadcast longer without any problems. Two new options are needed. 1. The number of episodes that are recorded for a series can be determined individually and 2. how long non-archived programs should be kept! If the premium channels were also available in the apps, if necessary for an additional charge…WOE
And now without iPhone keyboard problems… :-)
I certainly appreciate the work of Swisscom. It is also clear to me that there are always teething problems at the beginning. But: Swisscom TV is a part of everyday life! People look forward to his series and films. Because of the integration into everyday life, you are also annoyed and disappointed that it didn’t work out!
