This morning I found another error.
5G suddenly works again even though nothing is running on my network.
When 5G is running, my Swisscom DynDNS no longer works.
I’m on the internet with a 178 IP, but in the internet box it shows me the 85th IP.

If I then turn off the booster, DynDNS works again and I can access my cams and Nextcloud.
I have my own private and club homepage hosted by “Hoststar” and I use OneDrive for the image archive where visitors to the homepage can look at the club pictures.
For data, I use a QNAP NAS TC-251+ where users can retrieve and store data.
There is also an app for smartphones and of course for computers with registration via the WEB to access the data.

Since the last storm, my 5G reception has gotten worse from 95dBm to 100dBm, and there are only two graduation lines left, whereas there used to be three graduation lines.
Where can you report this to check whether the storm has changed anything?

I have already written to our experts about this and received feedback that details, as an individual fault, would have to be analyzed directly with our Support. There can definitely be damage to a cell phone antenna due to a storm. Also that this could affect the performance of the Internet-Booster. We will then be happy to check whether there is known damage to the antenna and what the possible cause could be.

I contacted support and also provided some information and measurements. At the moment there are fluctuations of 96 dBm-104 dBm for both 4G and 5G and only two graduation marks.
They will investigate, but the opinion is that if users who have a cell phone do not report any reception problems, it is not so easy to find the exact problem.

Your advice has no positive effect at all because you don’t have a 5G booster that is so limited in the reception area, it’s been 4 weeks since the 5G reception went up to 105 dBm and that of the 5G Reception is sometimes very often short.
