Thank you very much for all the contributions. I would like to clarify my question again here. How can I allow the site? You can click on the field during the purchasing process but it doesn’t respond. Why can’t you allow the site to be trustworthy during the purchasing process? Throwing out Internet Security solves the “nice and dirty” problem, but it doesn’t answer my question.

My Security
Hello
I am protected with My Security from Swisscom. Too well protected. Last week I wanted to buy 2 tix for the Campions League online when the system blocked me. Allow site didn’t respond so someone else bought my 2 Tix. Why couldn’t I trust the site during the purchase process? Where else can I do this if not during the purchase. How can I avoid this hurdle in the future?
Thanks in advance.
Kind regards
Mark Hello r00t
Thank you very much. I’m back and I had device encryption enabled. I have a Windows 11 version. So far so good. I’m already relieved. But I don’t notice anything about this device encryption, or should I?
Regarding Find My Device, you helped me a lot. This was disabled for me and is now enabled.
So next time I’ll go on vacation with more peace of mind. Without secret service.
Thanks and greetings

Hello r00t
It’s an HP notebook. The notebook is protected, but as you mention, my __ search function is quite good, and that’s exactly what I’m looking for on a Windows computer. If I understand correctly, there is nothing similar. Protecting it is ok, but we both know that if the notebook falls into the wrong hands, then it will be late if the Find My __ function doesn’t exist. What do you advise me to do if the situation arises?
Bitlocker on Windows? Is this thing in the control panel?
Thanks and greetings

Theft notebook
Hello
This is a purely preventive request that someone may respond to. If my iPhone is stolen, I can “shoot it down” as soon as I notice the theft.
I often take my notebook with me on vacation. My data is on Swisscom’s MyCloud. What should be done in the event of theft so that the robbers cannot cause any damage?
Kind regards
Bernie

New notebook
I would like to install and start using my new notebook, but I’m unsure about the individual steps. I have saved my data (files, photos, music) in the myCloud, but I work on my old notebook with data from file explorer, which it constantly synchronizes to the cloud.
My plan:
1. myCloud Install desktop on new notebook.
2. Wait until my data is on the desktop of the new notebook.
3. Work
4. Resetting the old notebook and this is exactly where I’m afraid I’m doing something wrong, because the reset deletes the data (synchronization) in the cloud and therefore also on my new notebook. Correctly?
For me, this would be the easiest and most logical way to achieve my goal. I have a weekly backup (Windows) or also copied all the files onto two external hard drives, but the method via myCloud seems to me to be the most logical, the only question is the deletion on an old notebook.
Thank you very much for a suitable schedule so that nothing goes wrong.
No I haven’t. Time is simply too precious to spend 60 minutes in a queue listening to music that no one listens to anymore. And the solution at Microsoft is that the hot coal is pushed back to the provider. In the case of Bluewin from Swisscom. This Amico service from Swisscom blames the problem on Microsoft. So I’m not getting anywhere. That’s why I’m trying here.
Hello Pogo
Thanks. I just tried to answer the email again. Unfortunately it’s not the length of the subject line, although that’s what was given to me as the cause of the error. Strange! I shortened this to a very short word. Without success.
How did you solve the problem for yourself?
Keep on rockin’ sounds good.

Sent items Outlook
I manage my emails primarily via Outlook, but also via webmail. When I write a reply to an email in Outlook, it is stored under Sent Items in the folder of my email address. This works 99 times out of 100. And these emails can also be found in webmail under sent. Over the last 2 years I have had the following problem on various occasions (including today):
The email sent was sent, but stored under sent Items in the Outlook folder. This folder is created above iCloud folder.
It is not possible to move the emails stored there into my folder structure.
Server message: “Invalid RFC822 syntax (no header or body found or excessive long lines)”.
As I said, the email is sent, but the email is not in the outbox on the webmail either. This only happens once in a hundred. But this one time is disturbing. My colleagues at Amico Plus couldn’t help me a year ago. I should contact Microsoft.
Does anyone here have any idea what’s going wrong, why the entire email is being filed in the wrong place and how to fix it?
Thanks and greetings
