It’s been over a year, but the BlueTV app on the Chromcast 4 is barely usable (abroad, recordings and replay should be possible). Interruption and reload every 1-20 minutes. I have Starlink Internet, over 100 Mbit download. I have tried everything from uninstalling unnecessary apps, restarting, different WLAN channel etc.
The BlueTV app streams with less than 2 Mbit, buffers nothing.
No problems on the same WLAN with the laptop or mobile phone with the same app.
No wonder the app only has a score of 2.4 in the Google reviews.

SUPPLEMENT:
by chance I found out that if I connect NordVPN in Chromecast to any country (Switzerland, Germany, France, Spain) the BlueTV app is much better. Super quality and no more interruptions. Downloads up to 40 GBit/s.
That’s weird. Is the Starlink internet to blame? My location at the moment is in Spain
