The email is working again for me.

I’ve had the same problem since Saturday evening.

I also have the same problem in Aargau as 3 weeks ago!

Swisscom still hasn’t learned anything when it comes to announcing faults!

I hope this time it doesn’t take almost 5 days again and one of the Swisscom people is reading here!

Everything is working again, faster than it has been for a long time.

Wow, finally someone takes a stand on this.

And why did it take 4 days?

4. day and still no improvement!

I’ve been trying to get into email for an hour now, no luck!

Does anyone in charge actually read this support community?

It would be nice if one of them would take a stand!

I also need the Internet for work. This has been very difficult for the last 3 days.

Pages that take almost 1 minute, others cause loading errors such as postfinance etc. or you cannot open email!

**Swisscom should at least report the error message on bluewin, but unfortunately not even that. As so often!

On the hotline you know about the problem but you don’t know when the problem can be fixed!

How about, dear Swisscom, a fat credit!!
