Anschluss Dolby Surround system with Swisscom Box 5
Hello everyone
Since then I have owned the new TV-Box 5. This box now only has 3 connections. Stupid question, how do I connect my Dolby Surround system to the TV Box 5? The Anschluss audio was rationalized away😉. But I probably just don’t know something, so I’m asking people here. Thank you for the help.

Hello, that would be great if it was “fixed” now. So I can be confident that all SkyCinema recordings can be played again from June 2, 2022?
What about any credit for these 2 months (circumstances, hassles, etc.)? That would be something, I just had problems and apparently I wasn’t alone. New customers also constantly receive discounts.

I don’t think they know the problem themselves. I haven’t heard anything from Swisscom yet

Thanks. So I, as a layman, also think that this is due to the Swisscom cloud server and not to us. I was now able to get the problem forwarded to 2nd level support. I clearly expect help from Swisscom here, otherwise I will cancel my subscription, we both pay enough for it. So have a nice weekend and let’s wait and see.
