@Spawn In the English-speaking forum it was also reported that individual recordings from Sky Cinema could not be played. The moderator then advised the hotline to call 0800 800800 and create a problem ticket.

Yes, it could very well be that there are disruptions. No technical system works perfectly.

It is therefore important to report each individual case. The more messages, the higher the priority for remediation.

Only certain recordings

No reset, no cable replacement or new TV box will help because the error is on the Swisscom side!

The error was already present around six months ago, across Switzerland!

There were also recordings that I couldn’t start and others that worked. After a long back and forth with support (still without Sam 😉) all of my recordings suddenly worked!

Now…

Since changing the recording memory to 2000h, I have the theater with the recordings again. Again, not all recordings work, or rather: you can’t watch certain ones, it’s a lottery as to which ones work!

I’m sick of calling again, pressing seven buttons and being on hold listening to that ugly, loud song!
