roman70 That’s right, because the management probably wants their in-house electrician to carry out the installations. If it’s the same management as on your left and right, then they should know how it works.

The electrician must be commissioned by the management to pull the fibre and set the OTO.
The electrician must then report to the construction service that he has received the BEP report so that he can splice the correct fibres.
After the work is done, he reports this again to the construction service so that this is inventoried correctly.
Now you can trigger the change of services to fibre optic in mySwisscom. The fibre from Plug 2 is then plugged into the correct splitter at the central office. Now you can plug the SFP into the router (IB3) and connect the fibre optic cable. That’s it.

If all else fails, then raise the issue via Complaint. So contact the normal hotline and ask for the case to be recorded as a complaint about the quality of the construction. No one will be familiar with this, as it is a very rare case, but it should at least go to Complaint Management.

The checker remains at this status because the expansion is complete from a network construction perspective. The “interior expansion” or expansion of the riser zone is carried out “on-demand” for MFH, i.e. each time a migration to fibre optic is ordered, the corresponding fibre is pulled from the BEP and the fibre optic socket is installed.
