We have been trying to contact the Bischoff company for a long time without success or feedback. Last year (January) they installed the Swisscom fibre optic network in our house and filled our driveway with concrete in sub-zero temperatures. We have holes and cracks in it and all the concrete is coming away. We don’t know where we can go to get this damage repaired.
Has anyone had the same problem and can give us an address or telephone number?

If all else fails, then raise the issue via Complaint. So contact the normal hotline and ask for the case to be recorded as a complaint about the quality of the construction. No one will be familiar with this, as it is a very rare case, but it should at least go to Complaint Management.
