After calling Swisscom, it appears that the Canal+ channel is not part of the “blue premium with Canal+” pack!

I have access to the mycanal app on the box, and there are a few linear channels that have been added.

Can we talk about false advertising? Of deception? Frankly, the question is justified. If the offer was called “blue premium with mycanal”, OK.

But “blue premium with Canal+”….but without Canal+, wouldn’t we be made fun of?

Has anyone received an email from Swisscom/Canal+ with access details?

Obviously these changes are not the fault of Swisscom but of a failed negotiation between OCS and HBO. Going from 4 channels to 3 is not disturbing in itself, but losing a very significant portion of HBO programs is clearly bad news for subscribers of the Blue Premium pack.

It is therefore surprising that the email sent to customers states that “All these changes have no influence on the price of your blue Premium subscription”.
It’s a bit like being told that your new car would only have 3 wheels instead of 4, but for the same price!

If the services and quality drop, the price of the subscription must fall.

If OCS/Swisscom do not review their policy, subscription cancellations will occur.

Well after information taken from Wingo, who referred me to Swisscom, the Blue TV app on Wingo TV box does not allow you to benefit from Dolby 5.1 sound.

Other Netflix-like apps do this.

It’s still strange that it’s only possible to output stereo, including passthrough.

It’s not complicated to put filters, it’s always the same words in “object”! Change spam filter manufacturer if it is no longer capable of ensuring the security of your bluewin subscribers. Thanks in advance.

I think we are all in the same situation with this spam list which is growing day by day. With in fact always the same words used in the header.

As already said above, it is up to Swisscom to offer a better filter or to put in its webmail options the possibility of applying rules, such as “do not download e-mails containing the words trucmuche or muchetruc” .

Bluewin was until now well spared and rather effective….we believe it will become so again.

And for a change, even basic channels, even ultra basic, are not added for customers who have “old” subscriptions (eg. Swisscom TV 2.0 basic ). They delete some from us, but on the other hand they don’t add any new ones to us.

Same as you…after having subscribed for a long time to the “les+” bouquet, “Premium” has become very interesting in recent months, for an equivalent price.

And as always with Swisscom’s great policy of making old subscriptions obsolete very quickly, all the new channels added are not offered with the “old” Vivo offers, even already with UHD box.
An neither elegant nor subtle way of forcing the customer’s hand.

Certainly, the fact that we have to go through a third-party application reduces the intérêt of these chains. Without wanting to defend them, I think we should rather attack OCS than Swisscom.

In addition, the use of replay in French-speaking Switzerland is certainly increasing but only represents 16% for the moment according to studies. So for the majority of viewers, these channels are interesting despite everything.

Regarding the new current offer where you offer Teleclub Sports to Teleclub Premium and/or Les+ subscribers, how can I obtain it? Has anyone already done this? Via the customer area or by tel. to Swisscom? Thank you for your possible experiences.

In the end between current basic 2.0 and Swisscom TV M inOne you lose a few channels, no intérêt for the change from my point of view. Too bad sniff
