@Anonym, The Swisscom Hotline told me "the problem is not on status page" because it is not general. It is not general because not a lot of people have called.... They even proposed me to call a 0900xxx number... I said , the problem is not ON ME, and I dont wanna pay to inform that Swisscom has a problem.... The problem is not so known by swisscom as it is not on Status page.... Honestly I am done with such answer as "we dont do support on this service" etc.. Swisscom has this service in the Internet box, so Swisscom has to give support on the product they sell. They dont wanna do support on that, so delete this service from the offer. We pay a lot of money for Internet, so we expect the quality we pay for. And we dont wann to have to call a 0900 xxx number....
