Internet blocking by Swisscom
Hello,
I had a Swisscom security block about a fortnight ago. After phoning customer service to unblock it, I did as I was advised, i.e. disconnected everything and reconnected the devices one by one every two days. I suspected my son’s PC, so I didn’t reconnect it, unlike all the other devices, which didn’t cause any problems. Well, I had the culprit! Last night I completely wiped and reset my son’s PC and reinstalled his two games: Valorant from Riot games and the Steam platform, both while making sure that the downloads were legitimate.
This morning, another security block! I’m sure I don’t have any viruses or malware.
Is there a problem with Steam or Riot being detected as malicious?
