  • TV Box 5 does not connect to smartphone as remote control

    Hello

I can’t connect to my Samsung A55 in the Blue TV app to use it as a remote control.

    Does anyone have a solution?

    Many thanks and greetings

    Christian

  • Hello

In my blueSuperMax subscription I don’t get any sound via the Paramount+ app. Neither via the soundbar nor via the TV speakers. How can that be? The sound works perfectly for other content via the TV-Box.

    Thank you for your help

Addendum: The sound comes from my smartphone and TV, so it must be the Swisscom Box 5!

@Swisscom: I can’t report the problem online, so please provide feedback, thank you very much.

  • I’ve noticed this too, but unfortunately I don’t know the reason. This is also the case with Replay documentaries/magazines. I also believe that not all channels that are subscribed to are taken into account. E.g. blue+ channels like TNT, Prime, Action etc. def. not! But neither do many others. I hope that Swisscom will provide a statement.

  • With Blue Max, the Prime and Stars channels are still displayed in SD quality. After a week you should expect that this has now been corrected. Or are these channels actually no longer broadcast in HD, in contrast to the previous Blue Movie? That would be totally illogical!

I am now waiting for a statement from Swisscom in this regard!

It’s been a week and still no clarity!

Why am I even writing here!? Great customer service, thank you!!

  • That’s all well and good, but it doesn’t answer my question. In order to choose blue max, these two blue channels mentioned must of course be available in HD, SD is probably a bad joke!

  • 1. It’s in the online channel list from blue max –> filter by HD channel and you’ll see it!

    2. At first I thought it was a mistake…but yesterday in the chat and then on the phone, because I couldn’t believe it, it was confirmed to me!

And where does your information come from?

  • Ok, thank you for your answer.

As I found out earlier, the channels blue prime and stars are only available in SD, in contrast to action via max.

I find that very special because I have been receiving this channel in HD for many years via the movie package! So switching to max is currently out of the question for me. Broadcasting in SD these days is a joke!

  • Why are the two channels blue prime and stars listed as SD and not as HD channels on the blue max channel list? This must be a mistake, right?

I currently still have blue movie and am wondering whether I should switch to max. For CHF 10 less per month I have more additional channels with max than with movie. So where’s the catch?
