Replay guide, films are missing

Hello 🙂

I wanted to find out whether it is intentional, user error or perhaps a bug in the system that not all films are displayed in the replay guide. I just happened to see two films worth seeing that aren’t listed in the replay guide. Since I usually only look for films using the replay guide, it would be a shame if I missed out on good films 🙂

Kind regards

I’ve noticed this too, but unfortunately I don’t know the reason. This is also the case with Replay documentaries/magazines. I also believe that not all channels that are subscribed to are taken into account. E.g. blue+ channels like TNT, Prime, Action etc. def. not! But neither do many others. I hope that Swisscom will provide a statement.

Hello @Griovauvei41

As @Lori-77 already mentioned, Swisscom is not allowed to offer replay on all channels. (Legal reasons) But if you want to watch films on these channels, it’s worth planning ahead and recording in advance, so you always have access on it.

Hello, I noticed that too. In my opinion, the Replay Guide only shows a selection of all available Replay films in order to keep the whole thing manageable. I suspect that the selection is created automatically based on the language pack subscribed and the “popularity” of the films among TV customers.

So if you don’t have a run-of-the-mill taste in films, you’ll unfortunately still have to look for the “pearls” yourself from the guide 😣
