Good evening,
Yes, French speakers are always the forgotten ones unfortunately. But also the arrival of Mezzo Live will please all classical music lovers who have been waiting for this channel for years. So for me everything is not totally black…
Let’s hope for a future arrival of French-speaking channels. But we must recognize that the TV weight of French-speaking countries is unfortunately really low. So very little choice.
Good evening and good night everyone 🙂

Hello and happy Easter weekend to all
Indeed too often problems with the TV Guide. And once again Classica: Sende Pause since Sunday April 1st and for the following days… (except Sende Pause which becomes Classica F HD!).
However, on the Classica site everything is obviously normal, no interruption of programs. So maybe Swisscom-Classica communication problems? But in the meantime, we, the paying pigs, can only record manually on Classica from April 1st: really not practical. Very bad prank! Hopefully this TV Guide outage will be fixed quickly.
Hello everyone,
I also very strongly support this request for Mezzo HD Live. We have been waiting for this channel for years!
Having three “classical” channels would however be the least we could do, it would still be a very low proportion compared to the “modern” music channels.
Hello Swisscom? Do you hear us? Will you finally want to act?

Finally!
Thank you Swisscom 🙂
The latest software update for the TVBox UHD brings the possibility of connecting the box to the TV, that is to say being able to control the off/on, sound volume and mute of the TV.
This by Settings - General settings - Connect the box to the TV, then follow the instructions. The choice of TV sound volume control depends on your setup: if you only have the TV for sound, then yes. If you use a soundbar or home cinema, a priori no, it is better to stick to the volume control of the box. But that depends on your audio setup, it’s up to you.
Here is finally some good news! Many of us were waiting for this possibility. So for once: thank you Swisscom!
Hello everyone,
No, sorry, the situation is not restored for “sende pause”. For today and tomorrow, yes (but not even 100% at night). For Sunday no. I have just noticed that the Sunday programs are once again invaded by these filthy “sende pause” parasites to the point that it is not possible to properly prepare recordings for Sunday. Thanks those responsible…
I specify that this has nothing to do with TV-Box because I only work with the Swisscom TV-Guide on the internet, therefore without going through a TV-Box (and it takes courage to use this guide in Silverlight, white characters on a background blue, no Windows facilities, and bugs guaranteed).
So no, I am not at all satisfied with this situation, and I weigh my words. It still looks like technical running-in problems, but no longer being able to provide a necessary TV guide is becoming unbearable.
I hope the situation will be restored very quickly.

Hello BM,
This is normal: non-replay channels can be programmed to record a program that has not yet started. On the other hand, if you watch one of these channels live, it is not possible to control the recording by pressing the red button. Hopefully this problem will be resolved quickly by Swisscom.
