@cybi Sorry, I already wrote this in another post. There is a corner case where the IBs becomes unstable if too many devices are connected. Since this only affects very few customers, the case is prioritized lower down. But maybe the team can take a look at it now. I pushed Michel on the case here 😉 It shouldn’t be that complicated, especially if it’s reproducible.

Last night the IB5 did an update and it seems to have pulled some old backup from the KC.
In any case, everything was changed, WLAN name, DNS address, VPN settings.
I had to reset everything manually, which was a bit tedious, and immediately loaded a current backup into the KC.
Strange behaviour that the IB4 had never done before.

WiFi radios use extra power and also generate heat, and if you have 3 of them as a tri-band router, that generates a little more heat.
Technically speaking, however, this is not a problem, as it only becomes really dangerous for the SOCS installed in the hardware at around 100 degrees, and the safety shutdown heat sensors are set much lower.
