@PowerMac I have 3 Bluewin addresses and cannot send emails with all of them (although this is possible in webmail). It doesn’t work with the mail apps (Outlook, Mail, Thunderbird, etc.). No matter which PC -> not even on a newly installed one. At the hotline I was told that it was because my email had been hacked some time ago. They gave me a new IP address twice, but after a few days the same problem. Emails cannot be sent - inbox works.
What exactly does “it doesn’t work” mean? Which error message appears?
If you get in the dark, it might help to reset your email password. This password is different from the password for the Swisscom login and can be changed in Kundencenter.
I very much doubt that a new IP address will help in this case.
Every now and then you get a message on the internet saying “Swisscom, we have blocked your internet” but you can click away the message and then everything works again.
That sounds more like the topic of this thread. Instead of just clicking away the message, you should read it carefully the next time it appears and try to understand it. Or at least copy it (screenshoot) and post it here.
Have you tried turning it off and on again?
