Good morning, I would like to use the Fritz box 7590 as my only router. At home I connected the supplied cable to the Swisscom “turret”, the wi fi works; from the panel I see that the Fritz box is correctly connected to the internet.

The problem is that the devices connected via wifi to the Fritz box do not connect to the internet.

I checked that none of the devices were blocked.

Previously the fritz box was connected to the WAN via the Swisscom tower. and everything worked.

Then I thought about “eliminating” this intermediary, but in fact, even though it is connected to the internet, it doesn’t work.

I recently happened to go to a Swisscom store to buy an Apple Watch in installments. Well it wasn’t possible. Well the problem occurs with EVERY recording. If I take the view from the list of recordings the program NEVER starts at the right point, and what is much more serious the recording ends before the end. On some channels the thing is much more striking than on others, but ALWAYS, it happens that I lose at least ⅓ or ¼ of the film….

I will change the recording settings, and then I will test other services, and in the end I will decide what is best for me.

Hi everyone, lately I’ve noticed an increasingly evident “lag” between TV recordings, enough to make me think about changing service.

Let me explain better with practical examples and point out that the recording settings are to start recording 2 minutes before and end recording 5 minutes after.

If a program starts at 8pm, like TG5 for example, when I go to watch it again, I necessarily have to go back at least 7 minutes. This possibility is not always present, because for example with some TV series, clicking on the episode does not even correspond, because the viewing starts from the previous one, and what I would like to see is about halfway through the recording, so to finish it, I have to necessarily go and see when it was broadcast, and use the replay function, “grooving” until the right moment. This thing is very inconvenient, to the point of being almost frustrating….

So I wanted to know if others also have this problem and if so how did they solve it? 🙂

Hi, I activated the inone mobile go subscriber today, switching from prepaid. At the same time I requested the conversion to eSIM. Initially everything seemed to be going well: the phone connected to both networks (I also have a physical SIM) BUT the Swisscom line with in one DOES NOT work. It doesn’t call or have a data connection. Furthermore, in Italy it DOES NOT work.

I wonder if this is right, that is, that eSIMs don’t perform roaming… does anyone have any suggestions on this???

1. every time I start the TV box it asks me for configuration: language setting, which channels I want to record, if I want to set an age limit, if I accept the user agreement

2. until now I had a second generation Apple TV on which I watched Netflix, now having the new Swisscom TV, I would like to eliminate the Apple TV. I tried to download Netflix on the TV box, but it always crashes, the installation doesn’t finish

I’m Italian, but I’m moving to Switzerland. I would like to say that in Italy the mobile, but also landline, situation is quite distressing. The contracts are quite expensive, compared to what you get in return. To give some practical examples: I currently have a contract, I pay 30 euros (around CHF 33.69 per month), to have 5 GB of data per month, unlimited phone calls in Italy, in addition I have 500 MB and 100 miniutes for abroad, any village. There are no contracts where there is unlimited data consumption in the country.
