Problem with recordings

Hi everyone, lately I’ve noticed an increasingly evident “lag” between TV recordings, enough to make me think about changing service.

Let me explain better with practical examples and point out that the recording settings are to start recording 2 minutes before and end recording 5 minutes after.

If a program starts at 8pm, like TG5 for example, when I go to watch it again, I necessarily have to go back at least 7 minutes. This possibility is not always present, because for example with some TV series, clicking on the episode does not even correspond, because the viewing starts from the previous one, and what I would like to see is about halfway through the recording, so to finish it, I have to necessarily go and see when it was broadcast, and use the replay function, “grooving” until the right moment. This thing is very inconvenient, to the point of being almost frustrating….

So I wanted to know if others also have this problem and if so how did they solve it? 🙂

We have not encountered any problems with Replay or recordings and there are no reported disturbances in this regard. Have you tried resetting TV-Box to restore the system?

Well the problem occurs with EVERY recording. If I take the view from the list of recordings the program NEVER starts at the right point, and what is much more serious the recording ends before the end. On some channels the thing is much more striking than on others, but ALWAYS, it happens that I lose at least ⅓ or ¼ of the film….

I will change the recording settings, and then I will test other services, and in the end I will decide what is best for me.

Did you try changing the recording settings by lengthening the period before and after to see if it worked better? If the situation has not improved I can send a request to the technical department for help. Let me know.

Hi, I’ve been having a similar problem for weeks now. On many channels I can no longer record series. In the sense that I can only individually and it is very annoying. Only on this I can. Which was previously possible. Now I pay for a subscription and I believe that something done well is also expected. I hope it gets resolved soon, because I don’t see the point in paying for a service and not being able to do it.

Greetings. For months now it has become impossible to record series on multiple channels. It used to be possible, now it’s no longer possible. Only on tsi.
