Hello I have exactly the same issues and situation as Steirattuth44 who wrote on 24/11/2020.
I had a Internet Box standard. All was fine with it. Swisscom recently sent me an Internet Box 3 as a free “ up grade ”. In Nov. 2022. It has firmware version 13.01.24/13.01.44/01879
My new Internet Box 3 does not work correctly with my Samsung Smart TV. The Internet Box works with all other devices connected with ethernet cables or by Wifi.
If I have the TV connected to the Internet Box 3 with a cable or by Wifi it doesn’t matter. The Internet Box 3 stops working / crashes when I try to watch anything on the TV.
I should add…The Internet Box does not stop immediately but after watching the TV for say 1 hour or more. Then I need to restart the internet box. Then it crashes again when I watch TV again, even after a few minutes.
After the internet Box 3 crashes the 1st time I have to reboot / reset / re install the Internet Box 3 before I can watch TV for more than a few minutes.
Some FREE upgrade Swisscom. I want my old internet standard box back. It worked perfectly!
