  • Hello I have exactly the same issues and situation as Steirattuth44 who wrote on 24/11/2020.

    I had a Internet Box standard. All was fine with it. Swisscom recently sent me an Internet Box 3 as a free “ up grade ”. In Nov. 2022. It has firmware version 13.01.24/13.01.44/01879

    My new Internet Box 3 does not work correctly with my Samsung Smart TV. The Internet Box works with all other devices connected with ethernet cables or by Wifi.

    If I have the TV connected to the Internet Box 3 with a cable or by Wifi it doesn’t matter. The Internet Box 3 stops working / crashes when I try to watch anything on the TV.

    I should add…The Internet Box does not stop immediately but after watching the TV for say 1 hour or more. Then I need to restart the internet box. Then it crashes again when I watch TV again, even after a few minutes.

    After the internet Box 3 crashes the 1st time I have to reboot / reset / re install the Internet Box 3 before I can watch TV for more than a few minutes.

    Some FREE upgrade Swisscom. I want my old internet standard box back. It worked perfectly!

  • SC- Fan is right. I have friends throughout Zurich who have BBC Entertainment still but of course they don’t use Swisscom. and they don’t pay as much as I do for my Swisscom TV connection

  • I meant to write that the English channels are NOT showing up on TV Air. They are not available on the WebTV.

    it does not matter which subscription you have. the english channels….

    BBC two, BBC three, BBC four AND Channel 4 are showing up on TV Air.

    when you click on a program, for any of those channels, you get the message…

    “Not on WebTV”

    I wont upgrade my subscription until those channels are available on the internet.

    What is the problem? they were available on the internet before.

    Please fix. It has been a problem for WEEKS!

    see the message for BBC three which clearly says it is not available on Web TV. Dated today Sept 8. Same for BBC 2, BBC 4 AND CHANNEL 4.

    I asked about TV AIR. Using Swisscom TV on the internet. You need to show the list of channels which are ONLY available on the WEB. You are showing the list of all the channels.

    When you select “web TV channels” BBC2, BBC 3, BBC 4, and CHANNEL 4 are not listed - whether i am logged in or not.

    What happened to the English channels (BBC Two, BBC Three, BBC Four and Channel 4) with TV Air? They were working no problem until May 20th.

    They have always been part of the TV Air (web channels). They are still listed as being part of the web channels. But they are gone now. Cant find them online with TV air since yesterday.

    BBC One is still there but BBC Two, BBC Three, BBC Four and Channel 4 are missing.

    What happened?????

    Please fix it. I bought the Swisscom pkg for those channels.

  • Please read my initial complaint. The replay function does not work on my phone with CHANNEL 4 HD ONLY.

    Replay works with ALL the other channels.

    I uninstalled and re-installed the Swisscom TV phone app. but i knew that would not work.

    The problem is the same.

    Replay works with all channel but not CHANNEL 4 HD.

    What is wrong with the CHANNEL 4 HD REPLAY?

  • Channel 4 HD replay crashes on my mobile

    Hello. I do not have a TV set. I watch Swisscom TV on my computer and on my mobile. The replay function works fine on the computer; including CHANNEL 4 HD. BUT, on the mobile app the replay function crashes on CHANNEL 4 HD. on my mobile i see the replay symbol beside CHANNEL 4 HD. all the shows which are possible with replay are clearly marked on CHANNEL 4 HD. but when i start a show, with replay, on CHANNEL 4 HD, the data does not load. it crashes and says the show is ‘no longer available’. BUT i can watch the same show on my computer on CHANNEL 4 HD. all the replay shows on CHANNEL 4 HD crash on the mobile and only on the mobile.

    to be clear ALL other replay channels and shows work on my mobile. i only have this problem with CHANNEL 4 HD.

    what is wrong with the replay function on the mobile app for CHANNEL 4 HD?
