Here is the information I was able to obtain:

The Centro Business 3.0 is still under development and is expected to be used with XGS-PON and FTTH BX technologies (including for Smart Business Connect and Enterprise Connect), during the second half of 2021.

Hardware details are not yet official, but will generally be quite similar to those of the Centro Business 2, but more modern.

The B2B router will only work with HET telephony in the future, therefore DECT will no longer be included.
