@Lori-77

Sorry, just a quick question:

What does it mean to filter channels according to “specialties”? Would “Division” in the TV Guide mean the same as “Genre” in the Kundencenter.. channel lists?

Filtering by channel was a clumsy formulation anyway.

Thanks

Hello @Maigret

And at some point Swisscom will retire the HD box…

At some point the reserve warehouse will also be empty of the replacement boxes. And it’s no longer worth refreshing the old ones that were sent back… Cost Benefit

Before that there will certainly be a promo that allows you to make a change…

Greetings Lorenz

But I have a calculation in my head.

For the HD box, the price for an additional television including rent was CHF 5.

Assuming a rent of 1.–, other costs remained 4.–, which remain the same for the UHD box.

Since the UHD box has to be purchased, there is a hidden price surcharge of 25 0/0 for additional televisions.

Am I seeing this wrong?

Afaik there is/was only the dark mode at the Swisscom Box from the beginning - I don’t know it any other way…

Only with the UHD box (OS3.2) is it possible to switch.

I don’t know at the moment whether there is still the option to switch with the UHD box with OS4.0

My Swisscom box switched to dark mode last night. How do I get rid of this nonsense?

You get used to it after a few days, but I wasn’t that keen at first! 😉

In any case, the new OS and its innovations outweigh the “dark mode”.

Yes, bravo!

The announcement was that the rollout would be delayed by “a few weeks”!

And now OS4 is actually already being distributed?

Dear Swisscom, I bought the new box a week ago because of your message because I didn’t want to wait another few weeks. I would now like to have my money back for the new box.

Many thanks.

@Aquarius

Otherwise it’s still possible, that wasn’t so vital with the new firmware for the UHD TV box and you could have waited.

In any case, the new Swisscom box certainly has more innovations than the “older” UHD TV box, for example. Hardware.

@Aquarius

If you currently still have both boxes, you actually have a great opportunity for a comparison test.

Use each model (the UHD box also with EOS 4) for a few days and then report your findings here.

Other customers who might also be considering a change would certainly be grateful to you.
