When I click on Register under http://welcome.mycloud.ch/ it doesn’t go any further, i.e. I just see a white page. This white page doesn’t load and nothing happens. It’s been like this for several days now. What can I do there?

Thanks for the update. The WLAN calling function is available for me under Phone -> More -Y Installations. Is this the WiFi calling function? However, I never received an SMS from Swisscom for activation.

Has a solution actually been found with Samsung? Wifi calling still doesn’t work for me

For a few days now, the automatic upload of photos/videos has stopped working on my Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge. I haven’t changed anything and only now noticed that the automatic upload no longer works. Does anyone have the same problem?

I checked all the settings, restarted the phone, uninstalled the app and reinstalled it.

Thank you for the feedback. However, it doesn’t work even with your instructions. FYI, I have a free Samsung S7 Edge (not purchased from Swisscom). At most, it may be that the function is still not activated.

I have a similar problem. I can only upload very few videos, whether automatically or manually! All videos are in mp4 format and have a maximum size of 250mb.

Furthermore, the automatic upload of holiday photos and videos via WiFi from last week only works partially. And when does the upload actually work without the app running?
