I would be very happy if I could choose with the 4K box whether I want to send the HD channels natively in HD or in 4K to my receiver or TV.

I have 2 UHD boxes and everything actually works well.

The series “Dune – the desert planet” is currently running on Star TV. Unfortunately I cannot record the show or series. Neither via the box nor via the computer.

For the past 3 days it has always said: this function is not available at the moment.

However, recording other programs on other channels is possible.

Does anyone know this or have the same experience?

It’s actually tedious enough that you always have to restart the UHD box so that the UHD assistant can recognize my AVR Denon 7200WA. Now suddenly after restarting it no longer recognizes the remote control. I now have to restart the box several times until it works.

Does anyone have similar experiences or solutions?

Yes, I was already on the support page because of the FB and how you can recognize it.

I had a Zyxel ES-105A switch and couldn’t get a connection to the UHD box.

The new switch has now arrived and everything is working fine.

Is it even available yet? I’ve been to 2 shops where they didn’t even have a clue it existed. Although it was said online, the Switch is available in these shops. I have now ordered it online.

It’s actually the case that my old switch doesn’t work with UHD. That’s why I’m happy if this one can do it.

The Internet Box Plus has been going crazy for some time now.

Today’s highlight:

It is connected to Swisscom, but not to the Internet.

Same after restart.

The attempt to please them with a reset failed. She doesn’t respond to that.
