Hello @Blackcindy
And what happens when you press the MIC button on the remote control?
If you have not yet given your consent, a dialog will appear where you have to activate it.
Otherwise you will see on the TV screen that you press the MIC button.
And as @FlySmurf already said, you have to set the switch on the right side of the TV box to On.
At the same time, it is recommended to place the Internet Box open. So that the TV box hears you well.
Greetings Lorenz
Hello Walter
I just read your answer today
I have everything activated including the app.
You can use the button on the remote control, but hands-free calling doesn’t work.
I have the new router and the new TV boxes.
On Saturday a service man from Swisscom came to see me.
He couldn’t do anything either.
He just said it wasn’t fully developed yet
Many thanks for your response.
Greetings Pierre
according to the manual:
“Operate your television and the TV program with the voice assistant of your Swisscom Box. Please note that your television has HDMI-CEC and the function [is activated on your TV](https://community.swisscom.ch/ t5/TV-Wissenbox/HDMI-CEC-Always-on-the-right-channel/ta-p/582271).”
Did you turn on the microphone with the switch on the right side of the TV-Box?
You don’t need HDMI-CEC for voice control of the TV-Box itself. HDMI-CEC is only required if the TV-Box is to control the TV (e.g. TV on and off or for remote-controlled selection of the TV’s HDMI ports without additional TV-FB).

I had the same problem and the next day everything worked again until suddenly the remote control stopped responding. New batteries inserted. Not all functions are no longer possible. Message: Batteries are very weak and remote control is getting very hot. Batteries replaced again, remote control very hot again and TV box smells burnt. Call the hotline, get a new TV box delivered.

Yes, I have that problem too.
suits Swisscom at the moment, nothing works

In my family, TV boxes, smart phones, DECT phones, analogue phones, Internet (including for home office and School@home), various SMART home gadgets, TV-Air, various Swisscom apps work , VPN, cloud solutions, etc. (all from Swisscom) very good. It is in the nature of things that there are disruptions from time to time. So much for “NOTHING works”.
You won’t get anywhere in the forum with general statements, but only with a precise description of what doesn’t work with which devices in which constellation.

You make a claim here in the community that doesn’t generally correspond to the facts, I control my myStrom installation myself using voice control and it works very well!
If there are problems due to the ambient noise, the remote control is still available.
