Yes, I did that first. However, I can’t imagine that it has anything to do with the box. Only the premium channels suddenly no longer have a signal, but the non-premium channels such as ARD, SAT1 etc. run without any problems. Respectively: all channels are on during the day, but from 11 p.m. only the non-premium channels are on. And the recordings behave the same way when you want to play them: recordings from premium channels suddenly no longer work? It was also the case that I was watching a series via Teleclub Now (part 2) and the 3rd part suddenly stopped working (it was after 11 p.m.).
Premium packages not available after 11 p.m
Hello everyone
For 2 days I have had the phenomenon that all Premier channels (including recordings of Premier channels) no longer work from around 11 p.m.: there is currently no TV signal on any of these channels… all other non-Premium channels work (and the recordings too).
Does anyone know this behavior?

I submitted an inquiry at https://www.mobileid.ch/de. The answer was that if you switch to the latest Android version, you may need to reboot every now and then so that MobileID works again. That helped for me… that means your tip would probably have helped too.
Mobile ID no longer works

Mobile ID has stopped working for some time. Some time ago I ordered a new SIM card, activated Mobile ID and successfully logged in to the company portal.
But suddenly the popup no longer appears. You can test the cell phone on the Swisscom website: The website says Mobile ID is activated, but when I want to test it I only get the following text:
“Your Mobile ID could not be contacted (Timeout) or the user canceled the process (Cancel). Please try again.”
I didn’t change my cell phone or subscription, just an OS update to Android 8.1.0 (but it didn’t work before that, as far as I know).
Does anyone have the same problem? Or can someone help me?

Thank you very much for the answer. I find it very tedious that I can’t view the recordings either. Licensing-wise? Ultimately, this is regulated with the login I use. Exactly the same thing with geo-lockdown. If I, as a Swiss, am abroad (foreign IP), I cannot use the website even though I cannot look in Switzerland at the same time because I only exist once. My login makes it clear that I am a Swiss who has paid for Web TV. These are things that should be abolished in our time!

Recording function doesn't work
A message appears on the TV: Unfortunately, the recording function is currently not available. Not all recordings may be displayed.
On WebTV it says: Service not available. The service is currently unavailable. Please try again later.
Does anyone else have the problem that the recording function doesn’t work? I don’t think that’s cool at all!

I get a text message sent to my landline number in the middle of the night:

How can I defend myself against something like this? Unfortunately, I can’t block this number on a landline like I can on a cell phone. What’s particularly bad is that my wife got a call in the middle of the night when her mother died and it really upsets her when the phone rings in the middle of the night.
Does anyone have an idea what could be done?
