    Thank you very much for your response and I completely understand your advice. With a lot of experience I would say that I rarely prefer to do updates when I have a device that works well 🙂

    This was actually my next question if Swisscom answered me, I don’t want these automatic updates, is it possible to deactivate them?

    Thank you for your prompt response. I was hesitant to install it, would this firmware correct this random reboot problem?

    I was also thinking of going back to a previous firmware “Router_05.01.14” which was much more stable, what do you think?

    I have exactly the same symptoms as you, the router restarts randomly. I contacted Swisscom several times but no solution was really given to me except by a hard reset and always the same comment “your line works perfectly…”. Indeed the line can work perfectly but without a router I don’t see what I could do with it.

    I’m really disappointed with Swisscom’s services, so maybe someone on the forum will have an idea.

    When checking the firmware, I noticed that it was not the latest version, what version do you have?
