A suffering shared is a suffering halved!
Me and my neighbor (who switched to Swisscom a month ago) have exactly the same problem!
Swisscom technicians on site twice.
IB changed for the second time.
Everything is ok in the house. (Hopefully too, it cost me a lot too).
Swisscom technicians quickly on site, friendly and competent.
Still problem…
I hope Swisscom takes this problem SERIOUSLY! Let’s wait and see.
I think Swisscom has a problem with the copper on the Swisscom distributor to the house connection.
