Hello, as I haven’t said, I found the answer in the French language forum, it seems that there are some problems after the last update of the channels by swisscom and several people were “affected”, we have to wait and everything should go back to how it was before.

HI,

I noticed that since yesterday my list of channels that I had created according to my preferences is no longer correct and many channels are missing. This is both on the two TVs, in the SwTV application and also when I enter the customer area under channel management. I hope it’s a temporary problem.

On the other hand, I have always wondered why all the channels (already present on swisscom TV) such as RAI 2+3+4+5, Real Time, Cielo, Fine Living, DMAX are not put in HD, as they are on SKY.

And as someone said, before this message of mine, it would be fantastic to have some new channel like: FOX, FOX Crime, SKY Atlantic, History… just to name a couple.

you are better off subscribing to the Teleclub (French) where the package costs CHF 19.90 per month, what you say in the German version you are also obliged to take the cinema package.

HI,

I had the same problem, I “removed” the TV Box from the DVD-BRay player (home cinema) and everything was resolved, initially I thought it was the remote control, but that’s not the case, in my opinion the other device was interfering.
