Channel order

  • Good morning,

    I try in vain to change the order of my channels, but I can’t do it. as soon as I try to modify a channel to put it at the top of the list for example, the main channels like RTSun disappear… the number on the left disappears, as if these channels no longer existed..

    It’s been 20 times that I start again and 20 times that the first 20 channels in HD disappear..

    Most HD channels are gone

    The numbering is fancy

    Many channels are displayed as “unsubscribed”

    All packages are “subscribed” (I am not a subscriber to TC Sport, Canal +, etc.)

    Yes, the list of channels is a big mess at the moment in the Customer Area, to be checked on the TV set if this has repercussions.

    Other changes were made this weekend to the Customer Area, p. ex. the list of blocked numbers increased to 200, etc.

    Probably wait for these new features to stabilize.

    Hello, my channel order has also become a real mess. The Hotline says that there are errors in the updates. They work to correct errors. But they do not guarantee that the order of the channels is restored. In addition, it is impossible to have an estimate of the repair time. It’s convenient for watching TV.

    But I don’t understand, I still can’t change the order… When I change the order of the channels, it starts recording for ages, then when I watch on the TV, the position numbers have disappeared ..

    In the example below I no longer have access to RTS etc., and my list starts at a folk channel at number 35 but I no longer have access to the first 34 channels.. The “Position” number has disappeared..

    It is 15.11.2016 and still not resolved. The Hotline cannot say anything more. I advised them to change the engineers because they do a good job. You don’t release an update without testing it from every angle. It’s rubbish and for the price you pay. They refuse to give a discount on the subscription.
