- For iPhone/iPad users: The TV 2.0 app offers remote control function.

The problem is treated with priority. In collaboration with manufacturers and suppliers, we work hard to find a solution as soon as possible. It is not yet possible to establish the duration. We apologize for the inconvenience caused.

I too have the same problems. TV box freezes, channels skip, Teletex goes crazy every now and then while spinning. I’m waiting

to fix these problems. Old decoder never had problems.

PS. even the remote control from 3 meters away doesn’t always work

I also have the same problem, I changed 3 remote controls and 3 TV boxes and the problem persists.
