Dear Sir or Madam,

I would like to complain about the continuing poor signal reception with my Swiss subscription.

I have already contacted your customer service on several occasions and have also spoken to technical support. Unfortunately, the problem has still not been resolved. At home, I have no signal or only very poor reception in several rooms, including the kitchen.

Fortunately, I have Wi-Fi at home; otherwise, I would be severely restricted due to the poor Swiss reception. Nevertheless, I continue to pay the full charges for a service that does not work reliably where I live.

I do not understand why I have to continue paying the full cost when I am unable to make proper use of the service I am paying for. I therefore ask you to look into my case as a matter of urgency and offer me a fair solution. If the problem cannot be resolved, I expect an appropriate credit note for the period in question or the option to terminate the contract at no additional cost.

I would appreciate a written response and a concrete solution to this problem.
