Cannot order replacement e-sim

I’m trying to order a replacement e-sim for my current e-sim since my phone broke. However I get the message

“Malheureusement, ce canal n’est pas disponible pour eSIM. Consultez www.swisscom.ch/esim pour d’autres options de passage à une eSIM.”.

This link just shows me how to order a new e-sim (which is exactly the steps I followed and it didn’t work).

Does anyone know why this happens?
