  • Connect Pack e MultiDevice

  • Good morning, can anyone explain to me the difference between these 2 “subscriptions”?
    If I understood correctly:

    - Connect Pack allows you to connect up to 3 devices with the same number via eSim or physical Sim (20.-/month for 3 devices).

-MultiDevice allows you to connect up to 10 devices with the same number via Sim (10.-/month per Sim).

……sorry but beyond the quantity of devices that can be connected, are there any differences? one goes with eSim and the other doesn’t??? hmm? Thanks in advance to anyone who can give me more information.

  • LTE repeater localization

Good morning, is it possible to have a map of the different LTE repeaters with PHY indications?

I am particularly interested in knowing which repeater my mobile (fixed) router is connected to.
    I know it connects to Cell Id 201 / 18885892 Sector 4

  • Ciao,

var 1) you call Swisscom and they do

var 2) you wait until a Swisscom operator comes to read your message and contact you. Greeting

  • Hello Flawiebiot60,

Yes, you need to configure APN:

The information needed to configure is as follows:

    APN corporate.swisscom.ch

    Username: testprofile

    Password: temporary

    Hi 🙂

  • Hello, no I activate the option but with the parameters they gave me it doesn’t work. Maybe it’s not active yet? (I place the order 3 hours before).
    I configure the router with

    APN:corporate.swisscom.ch

    Username: testprofile

    Password: temporary

is this correct? Thanks in advance

    • Swisscom level 2 explained to me the reason why it doesn’t work.

Swisscom does not broadcast on the same LTE channels as the camera (900 MHz and 2100 MHz) as other operators do. For now it doesn’t work with Swisscom and with Sunrise / Yallo etc… yes

    • Good morning, I’m having the same problem. However, I heard that there is an option (CAA-Option) that can be controlled? Can we know more about this option? what does he do? how much does it cost? who can request it etc…

    • Yes I know, I don’t want to send MMS…. Only email via LTE however works with all operators except Swisscom. Today at the Swisscom shop I showed the problem and they say that perhaps the camera works on channels (LTE frequencies) that are used only by other providers.

    • Since swisscom 2 level support told me that the problem was the fact that I was using a “multidevice” SIM. Today I did further tests with different SIMs:

      - SIM Business Data –> Detects a 3G signal (Area where 5G is full) and it doesn’t work

      - Yallo prepaid SIM –> Detects an H+ signal and works

      - Supersim SIM (from the camera supplier, this is an international data SIM) –> Detects an H+ signal and works.

      - swisscom multidevice SIM –> 3G signal and it doesn’t work

      - Swisscom voice SIM –> 3G signal and it doesn’t work.

      APN settings: gprs.swisscom.ch

      What could it be?

    • Seissiger Special Cam

Good morning, I have had a Seissiger LTE “Wild Camera” for some time (Special-Cam 4G / HSPA+ model).
Unfortunately, since they deactivated MMS it no longer works.
However, the camera has the possibility of connecting via 3G / HSPA+….. the problem is that if I try with a swisscom SIM it doesn’t work (setting APN: gprs.swisscom.ch)

I asked the company that made the cam and they confirmed that it should work. To be safe, they sent me their international data SIM (named supersim) with which the camera connects and works perfectly.

NOTE: When I insert the SIM card swisscom only sees the 3G network, when I insert the supersim it sees H+ network

Has anyone had experience with this?

    • Thanks for the answer: the problem is precisely this: UDM does not accept “dynamic DNS”, it necessarily needs a static IP address. To define the VPN (function included in the router) you can only enter an IP number, not a DNS address.

    • UDM VPN Site to Site

Good morning everyone, to set up a site to site VPN through a UDM or a Gateway you must necessarily use static IP addresses. You can’t even set up a MyDns service. Is it possible to have a non-business collegamento with a static IP? How can it be obtained?

Ciao, I tried but unfortunately something doesn’t work… but I still don’t understand what 😞

Who can help me: what can I look for to understand what doesn’t work? I load few printscriin from the current configFirewall_IGMP.PNG

      firewall_in.PNG

      Firewall_Rule.PNG

      Internet.PNG

      Network.PNG

      Putty_proxy.PNG

I think something in the proxy isn’t exactly right. These have 2 windows (installation and “report”
