Hello @Flawiebiot60,
Thank you for your feedback. I’ll do what’s necessary, you will receive a confirmation by SMS as soon as the option is activated 😊.
Beautiful day
Hello @Flawiebiot60,
The CAA option allows you to obtain a dynamic public IP address only.
We do not offer an option to obtain a fixed IP address. I’m sorry.
Would you like me to deactivate the CAA option on your contract?
Good day

Hello,
I am looking to activate the CAA option on a multi-device SIM card, is there a charge for this option? Can you please contact me to do this?
Thanks in advance
Hello Taumungo45
It is not possible to perform this action with a Multi-Device SIM card**

If necessary, ask the Hotline for level 2 (technical)
The option name is CAA for Corporate Application Access
The services offered by the CAA option for more details, consult this section
2.2 Features Corporate Application Access

via the GSM, UMTS and LTE network.
- Dynamic allocation of public IP addresses.
Swisscom does not offer an option to obtain a fixed IP address

To obtain a fixed IP on a router, you need a mobile subscription with CAA option, which can be obtained from the service (Business / Enterprise).
But since the CAA option is practically no longer available at Swisscom 🙄
It’s best to get the CAA option from another ISP.
