    Customer service says: “restart the router”. But it didn’t help, it still doesn’t work.

    I thought to myself that this wouldn’t help - it’s probably a 1st level standard answer.

    here is the print screen. Even though I select a PDF in portrait format, I keep getting this error message.

    Good day

    Unfortunately, the “Send Fax” function does not work in Kundencenter. I chose a PDF file in portrait format. When I press send the box is empty again and highlighted in red and it says again that I should choose a file.

    Has anyone had any problems there? what is the solution?

    but why did we receive the faxes without any problems before Swisscom switched to all-over-IP?

    Is this problem known to Swisscom? Why isn’t Swisscom contacting me?

    otherwise I would like to switch back to the previous KMUoffice version.

    I don’t think these settings have anything to do with it. The problem probably lies internally with Swisscom. The faxes are automatically redirected to Combox and sent from there to our e-mail addresses.

    I’m curious to see whether others in the community are also having problems receiving faxes since Swisscom switched to all-over-IP.

    Since Swisscom came to our office on August 21st and switched to the “new” my KMU office (i.e. also landline telephony via IP), we have had massive problems with the fax since then.

    Everything was going very well before. Our faxes are sent via Combox on 3

    emails forwarded.

    Unfortunately, since the change, we have not received many faxes, even though our customers say that the fax was sent correctly. We received some faxes, but the majority did not. This is very problematic because our customers order via fax. This means we did not receive the orders and did not deliver the goods. Numerous customer complaints followed.

    Unfortunately, Swisscom is not helping us. The 1st level support doesn’t know what’s going on. others don’t report. I am very disappointed about the poor support, even though we have pointed out several times how important this is to us.

    Maybe someone from the community can help? Has anyone had similar experiences with faxing after switching to the “new” my KMU office?
