send fax customer center

Good day

Unfortunately, the “Send Fax” function does not work in Kundencenter. I chose a PDF file in portrait format. When I press send the box is empty again and highlighted in red and it says again that I should choose a file.

Has anyone had any problems there? what is the solution?

Thanks.

Where in Kundencenter can you send a fax? I don’t know and can’t find this function!

Or do you have a business subscription?

….keep on rockin' 🤘🏼🤘🏼🤘🏼

For Vivo customers, faxing or the COMBOX®pro included.

But back to the topic, I have never been able to send a fax (pdf). It’s not necessary for me personally, but still.

I would therefore try the hotline…maybe there is just some setting missing…

Feedback is therefore very welcome:smileywink:

Hello

Customer service says: “restart the router”. But it didn’t help, it still doesn’t work.

I thought to myself that this wouldn’t help - it’s probably a 1st level standard answer.

here is the print screen. Even though I select a PDF in portrait format, I keep getting this error message.

If you call again, you will see an error (resynch) on your line :-).

Have you ever tried another browser?
Can’t you also send a fax via email?

Greetings XT

Yes on different browsers.

PDF is 90KB in size.

The error message also appears with FireFox

with IE or Safari this

How many browsers should you test with?

With Firefox (SeaMonkey to be precise) I get the same error.

It works with IE 11.

Swisscom, please test with all common browsers!

Well, I was annoyed for months, but today I tried IE and it really works as expected.

Otherwise I work with FF and it doesn’t work.

It’s a shame that Swisscom probably doesn’t test these functions.
