No, unfortunately I first received a statement from internally that no such site was known and nothing had been changed in this regard. Can you say again explicitly what kind of page this is? Maybe this will help my colleague 😉.

@Vothetaf44 I just heard that there could be problems with customers who had created their own channel list. Maybe that’s the reason that some of the channels are no longer there for you. Have you created your own channel list?

This was a page that listed ALL the movie premieres of the month.

These films were originally listed on a double page in the teleclub “heftli”.

After the magazine was discontinued, you could find these films on ONE page at teleclub.ch.
I can’t find anything like that with blue.

…the premieres are more or less the only reason why I (and probably many other users) subscribed to teleclub.

I find it incomprehensible that these are not listed on their own page 🤔

The premieres were announced at the old Teleclub from the first of the new month. If you want to know in advance what to expect in October, you can check out the TV Guide from October 1st to 6th. watch in Blue Prime.

Yes, I have created my own channel list. I wanted to delete it again, but got a message saying that it wasn’t working at the moment.

So, the update arrived last night. Blue Max is now responding. Films and series on demand work TipTop. There’s a category coming soon under recommendations.

I think October’s new releases will also be available from 6 a.m. 👍

I received the following answer to the page I was looking for:

“That was on the old site in the old subscription. The customer now gets more premieres than before. The overview page was mainly because time-shifted use was not possible. Today the customer always has 99% of the films available and not just when the title is on is running on the station.”

My colleague is clarifying whether such a site can be set up again.

@MiriamF Question, Telelcub Sport showed a lot of sports in UHD.

Since blue Sport it has been indicated a few days in advance that certain games will be shown in UHD, such as FC Basel in the Europa League or games in the Raiffeisen Super League.

When I looked at the Swisscom TV Box today, the UHD marking disappeared everywhere.

Has the red pencil been applied here, or why is it that no UHD content is currently being shown in sports?

Hello Miriam,

very good…Customers will definitely miss the page with the restarts. This was a service that could be accessed via the Teleclub page. For every station e.g. Teleclub Cinema, Action, Emotion, the new starts were announced in the current month. This gave you a better overview. Thank you very much for clarifying.😊👍

And I can’t load the Swisscom Blue TV app on my new Samsung TV (manufactured in 2019), although Zattoo and Co. are no problem. What could I have done wrong? Thanks for the support.
