@MiriamF As soon as Swisscom integrates the Sony Oled TVs, I will try the blue max and cancel my Sky Show subscription. Personally, I think it’s suboptimal to “only” include Samsung and LG in the marketing at the start.

Hello @MiriamF
I have another question. There have already been questions from frustrated UPC customers. Unfortunately, the support isn’t very helpful. The fact is, blue will be available as an app via the new UPC box. There are two main questions that arise and it would be nice if you could help:
- Can each customer select the packages individually using the new UPC box? So for example only blue Sport for the 29.90
- On the UPC info page there are only 5 channels listed for blue Sport (blue Sport 1, blue Sport 2 and RMC Sport Access 1-3) I thought the media release said the complete sports offering. What about Blue Sport 3-41? Contrary to the media release, are UPC customers now looking into the tube?
Hi @Stephan_76
Yes, exactly as described in this initial post:
In the coming weeks, UPC customers will also be able to subscribe to and enjoy all blue+ content such as sports, series and documentary channels or rental films directly via the app on the Horizon Box 4. UPC customers with an existing Teleclub subscription can continue to watch the content directly via the channel list, although blue Sport has a larger selection of channels on the app. The new blue Max, blue Doku (DE, EN) and blue Premium (FR) packages are only available via the app.
On this help page you can also see which content can be viewed with which subscription.
Kind regards, Miriam
@Vothetaf44 The channel blue prime is not missing, the channel logo in the app is still incorrectly stated as Teleclub Cinema, at least that’s how it is for me (with the old Teleclub subscription).
@Klothilde Yes, you can also rent all live sports events with UPC via the blue TV app on blue Sport.
@Stefan3 Thank you for your patience. Here there is a note that it can take until October 8th.
@Vothetaf44 I don’t know anything about a missing station either. But I can clarify this internally.
Hi @zbh
No, unfortunately I first received a statement from internally that no such site was known and nothing had been changed in this regard. Can you say again explicitly what kind of page this is? Maybe this will help my colleague 😉.
@Vothetaf44 I just heard that there could be problems with customers who had created their own channel list. Maybe that’s the reason that some of the channels are no longer there for you. Have you created your own channel list?
Thank you for being so patient. It’s not easy for all of us 😉.
Kind regards, Miriam
