@MiriamF I have to pass because I chose ITA station.
Hello Miriam
I have a subscription to the blue movie for CHF 29.20.
It contains the channel Blue Prime, on which around 20-30 “premiere” films are broadcast every month.
Until now, Teleclub Online had a page on which all of these premiere films could be viewed.
I’m now looking for this page in vain.
can you tell me where I can find this now?

Hello Miriam
Thank you for your involvement in this thread. You’re doing a great job here!
Regarding your statement that the documentaries are no longer available on demand, I spoke to the Blue Hotline (ex TC) this morning. I was told that it was still a bug that would be fixed soon.
What’s true now?
Greetings, Daintree
Hello everyone, it’s now been a week since I switched to blue+. The update of the box is still a long time coming. Yes, I know we should still be patient. It’s still disconcerting for me, it’s been known since Thursday that only this already available update would be needed and everything would work with blue+. The fact that Swisscom is stubbornly sticking to its update plan and not giving priority to blue+ customers is still incomprehensible to me.
You can find an overview of all available content directly in the blue browser:
https://tv.blue.ch/teleclub/bluemax
Here you can click through from new products to top highlights. blue+ is a new film/series platform where you can stream unlimited, like Netflix.
Yes, there are bugs, but as far as I know they affect the playback of content from blue Max. It is really the case that blue Doku is a linear channel package with 10 premium documentary channels. However, you can record the show and watch it when you feel like it.
I understand your frustration and will pass on this input in the daily feedback rounds. We can only hope that those responsible for the product react soon.
I’ve now tried switching from TC Family and TC Movie to blue Doku and blue Max, which would be possible without any problems.
However, the current TC Sport would then automatically change to blue Sport, which would then cost Fr. 29.90 instead of Fr. 12.90. So I couldn’t combine the “old” TC Sport package with the new blue Doku and blue Max packages if I changed. At least in Kundencenter it doesn’t work.

Hi @Mountainman
The fact that the current TC Sport automatically switches to blue Sport should not be the case. Because it is possible to switch to blue Doku and Max but still keep Teleclub Sport (which is also called blue Sport because you want to get away from the term Teleclub). Unless we have another bug in Kundencenter😉. Maybe you can send a print screen where it says that it automatically switches to blue+ sport?
Greetings Miriam
Thanks for the feedback Miriam 😀
NOT all new releases are listed on https://tv.blue.ch/teleclub/bluemax.
neither in “top highlights” nor in “news” nor in “films”.
Before switching to BLE, Teleclub had a page on which ALL new film releases were listed.

TC Sport was only 12.90 in combination with TC Movie, which you no longer have when you switch to Blue Max.
Therefore the sports package will cost 29.90.
@MiriamF As soon as Swisscom integrates the Sony Oled TVs, I will try the blue max and cancel my Sky Show subscription. Personally, I think it’s suboptimal to “only” include Samsung and LG in the marketing at the start.
