Response from Swisscom: “Top” packages are not included. You can add them with each TV for 9.-/month.

I took the M and actually I was missing the French top + pack. I changed to the L and everything is included! More advantageous to take the L than the M with 9 francs because the difference in recording times is big!

Being 100% with Swisscom I like to have the latest subscriptions.

So I adapted yesterday first thing (with insistence to be able to switch to Mobile S)

I was all in M ​​before (Infinity, Mobile) Since ultimately the speed makes almost no difference, I’m trying Mobile and Internet in S for a while.

On the other hand, no choice, M in TV because otherwise neither recording nor replay with the S and we find ourselves like on TNT via antenna (DVD burners are rare and expensive mnt). Unfortunately between the old M and the new we lose channels in French and not the least: Number 23, RMC discovery, Nat Geo and Nat Geo Wild and 2-3 others. They are NOT in the French pack included NOR in the L but in the additional pack at 9 frs. I find it inflated on the part of Swisscom to not even put the BASE of the channels in French, i.e. the TNT channels; and on the other hand we are stuck with channels in languages ​​which have nothing to do with the national languages ​​or even English, which should be in OPTIONS.

So it’s really disappointing to lose basic channels. What I would have liked in absolute terms is a few channels (50/100) for example à la carte, with recording and replay but obviously that doesn’t exist…

Normally no, but as a former customer, and especially having paid subscriptions for years without discounts and having never used for a laptop (I always buy my Sony bare, the operator overlays are rubbish), it’s a gesture commercial, especially since I was benefiting from NOTHING, he blocked me for a year just because I had 10 francs less because I didn’t have a cell phone (since the start of this 5-6 months ago). It’s a test and I could always increase it again. This way of blocking people is just inconceivable, especially when you benefit from nothing at all.

After checking, I reiterate what I said, with inOne M or L we lose several channels in French compared to the previous TV Plus. Notably HD1, Number 23, Crime District, RMC discovery, Nat Geo (2x), RFM TV, Chérie 25 etc. Or sometimes basic TNT channels!!! I haven’t taken Swisscom TV since my town went from 3 to 100 speed for a year and a half to leave the antenna connected to the building’s TNT (unwieldy since most of them have subscriptions..)

It is therefore necessary for the ABO M or L of inOne to take the TOP FRANCAIS pack at 9 frs to have them… 😞
