Yes and I spend my time looking for channels, right? It’s already annoying and what’s more, my wife doesn’t know how to do it.

But thank you for your most useful intervention, given your answer you should go and work for them….

Best wishes

Good evening, in the customer area it is almost impossible to change the order of the channels. We change the order and time to save the system runs endlessly and the correction is not saved. Things are starting to work well and Swisscom is doing nothing. The Hotline answers, we can’t help you, what are they for then, and the engineers don’t do much more. I would like to know when I will be able to use the customer area, because they have made a mess again in the order of the channels and it is impossible to put them back in order.

Hello

If you have time to call, you could see that there is a very long discussion on this subject.

I don’t want to explain everything again.

Changing the channels doesn’t work on the TV either, which is why we’re getting upset, I’ve just spent a good part of the afternoon but nothing to do.

When you set up channels the way you want them to be, after a while everything goes back to the way it was at the beginning.

An example, I normally put 6Ther in number 7 and W9 in 9, it registers and suddenly by I don’t know what magic trick these channels disappear and the order of the channels that I put in place becomes disorganized totally whether it’s from my pc or the box it’s exactly the same.

Frankly, it becomes detestable when I see the previous messages which announced this same problem already since mid-November and it still doesn’t work, that’s it.

5 days later

It’s starting to work well. It is still impossible to modify the order of the channels and in addition certain subscribed channels are no longer visible. They are on vacation with Swisscom. I am seriously considering changing access providers.

Same with me. The problem is that I pay to have all the channels and that’s impossible.
As French speakers we already have fewer channels than the others and if I can’t see them… great.
Thank you Swisscom!

@pereira barros the solution has already been given, just read the posts.

Good morning

There is a temporary solution

On your TV Box replaced your favorites list with the Swisscom channel list, saved the modification. And your missing channel from your subscription are accessible again not in the order you want but visible. This while waiting for the bug to be fixed.

About two weeks ago, I had the bad idea of wanting to change the order of my channels: it was bad for me because now more than half of the channels have disappeared and the order of those that remain is all totally random!

I immediately contacted Swisscom by telephone to report the problem. This still doesn’t work. The duration of correcting this malfunction seems prohibitive to me! When will there be a solution?
