If it’s a software problem and it’s been going on for 2 months, change it! Or change IT specialists. I know it’s a bit stupid but frankly, you are “advertising” everywhere in your customer area and on your site about this super practical functionality that Swisscom TV offers to modify the order of channels… and it doesn’t work for ages. Please be consistent Swisscom.
Here is a list of favorites that had been running for a few days and seeing this I wanted to complete it today, and badammmmm everything was deleted! I honestly spent a few hours there already doing it and redoing it…the breakdowns OK but this is negligence….and a huge waste of time for us, customers.
I know…this is a help forum but what I’m getting at is that everyone should contact customer service to show how damaging this bug is. Such a loss of functionality is a diminished product and therefore compensation considered.
On your keyboards I hope 🙂
Good morning,
Just because you help other customers doesn’t mean you’re necessarily happy with everything! Shade
On the other hand, being so naive as to go to your customer area when a problem is announced is frankly stupid.
And if it’s even for “joking” that we propose to fire IT managers, if you know one of these people, it frankly doesn’t make you want to read for very long. **
On that note, have a good invigorating walk in the snow to take your mind off things.
It’s not as stupid as you say, because when we finally manage to modify the order of the channels and it works for a few days we say to ourselves that everything is back to normal. Above all, this would not be the first time that a problem remains recorded in the customer area even though it has been resolved. But I won’t be caught again, I won’t be naive anymore.
And I didn’t say “as a joke” that we had to change IT specialists or software. I think it’s a harsh reality, but when with endless inconvenience you lose customers and credibility there is responsibility to be taken. And let me tell you, you’re the one being naive if you think this doesn’t reflect a reality in private sector businesses. There is nothing personal about it, but if you take the example of a swisscom shop salesperson who loses customer after customer due to negligence or incompetence, he will be thanked. So why not a computer scientist?
As a customer I would never wish for that, just for the problem to be fixed.
What’s sad is that with Swisscom TV 1.0, the problems were very rare whereas now they are recurring.
My big complaint is the lack of information.
We had to insist a lot so that the warning (“System Error”!?) was more or less accessible (appeared and disappeared) and even now it is not always obvious that we cannot make modifications concerning the order of the channels even if we thought of clicking on “System Error”.
If you know someone from the “House”, perhaps you know more?
Perhaps you could inform us?
I also did programming. I had a very big program. There was an error but it took me half an hour to resolve it. By looking at the errors that a program makes we can already locate the place in the program and search in the programming lines at that place. And then we test the problem area. And above all I didn’t have time to hang out because this program was filming at the book fair in around 1989. I only had time for several months to resolve.
Hello can you tell when swisscom to configure the tv programs works it’s been going on for almost 3 months it’s not happening go to safari or explore or firefox to configure it bug all the time well done swisscom it really needs to be resolved as quickly as possible thanks for it working on three browser thank you can inform me when will resolve and finished thank you???
