Good evening,
If you are talking about the list of channels in the customer area, there is currently a problem on this subject. Unsubscribed channels appear as subscribed and vice versa. Also, do not make any changes, because you will lose your personalized list.

To answer others, I was also fooled the first time. I went to modify my channel list and when I saved I saw that it had messed up everything. Personally, I’m not going to consult the list of faults every time I want to do something for fear that a feature is faulty. This is totally absurd.
What would be smart is Swisscom to lock this functionality or put a message in red on the channel modification page so that others don’t get fooled. In my case, if I had known, I would never have touched this list and waited for it to be resolved.
Hello everyone,
We are just receiving new information about the disruption to the order of channels in the Customer Center. If all goes well, we expect to be able to restore functionality by the end of this week/sometime next week. We are working to make this feature fully available again as soon as possible and sincerely thank you for your patience.

Good morning,
Thanks for the news Even if it’s still a long time!!!!!!!
Hoping that we will find our list before the breakdown!!!!! Otherwise, hours wasted again….. And if this is the case I hope that in the future you will provide a backup if there is a new breakdown as serious as this???
Greetings
The telephone directory can be recovered from a backup (in the customer area or on your own PC) of the internet box.
Why not channel lists?
What I would really like would be a small external program, for example based on EXCEL tables, on which you could prepare your lists and then import them into the system.
We would thus have:
1- a simple, really easy system for preparing your lists,
2- lists of correct channels to print.
Good morning,
Description
The disturbance is lifted. The Customer Area is once again available in full. We apologize for any inconvenience caused. Swisscom
Estimated resolution time:
01/18/2017, 1:30 p.m.
However, it is true that for the moment things are going well!

@Black Mamba Hello
With Google and I created a new favorite list it took about 3 minutes but it works. Or maybe I’m luckier than you!!!

Hello,
As far as I am concerned, the problem with the order of the channels is not completely resolved.
Backup…. the circle still turns (IE11 and Firefox), on the other hand the F5 key offers the backup and actually does it…. already a little ++++
On the other hand, when I move chains for example from 248 to position 9, the chain goes to position 9 but keeps row 248… which in my opinion is still a small problem….
Courage… 😉
Hello,
as far as I am concerned after having carried out several manipulations the verdict is unfortunately: STATUS QUO
Backup still doesn’t seem ok. Loss of channels previously saved and positioned (uncheck themselves)
Rank number is displayed incorrectly despite its correct position in the list.
Am I an isolated case?
Yours sincerely

In fact, unfortunately it doesn’t work. Tried with the Canal+ channels and the recording of the modifications runs in a loop and by refreshing the page with F5 the movements remain recorded however some visible channels are no longer.
I also try to modify the order of the channels via manual entry and it does not take the change into account (Position 204 modified to position 9 as soon as I validate the change position 204 is redisplayed)
In the classification of channels I have in order channels 1 to 8 then 237,234,232,236,13,235, then it starts again in order with channels 15 and 16
