I have a customer who reports the same 143 IMAP error to me. I entered the error into Google and ended up here in the Swisscom forum.
So the error is not fixed. I just tried to access my customer’s bluewin account and the error has been occurring very regularly for hours. Above all, he complains that this has been happening to him a lot for days, weeks and months.
Is there nothing I can do about this other than switching to POP?
I would be happy to receive an answer directly from Swisscom. It’s quite difficult for me to be asked by customers about problems and then give the answer that Swisscom is to blame. It sounds like I have no idea and would like to pass the problem on. Please provide an official statement. I have set up other IMAP accounts on my PC that run through Webland.ch hosting, and they always work perfectly.
