  • Since yesterday my password was no longer accepted on Mail (“Bluewin IMAP server does not accept the user’s password”), but everything worked perfectly on Bluewin.ch.
    Nobody responded to my letter, so I called support today.

    The first advisor just said that “Mail” was not a Swisscom product and that I therefore had to contact Amico for CHF 30.00 per 15 minutes. I pointed out to him that IMAP problems were being pointed out in the community. He then recommended that I use the repair tool and, if necessary, contact me again.

    Of course the tool didn’t find any errors and I called again.

    This time I caught a friendly, competent advisor who told me that I should enter a new password in Kundencenter.

    And……. TATAAAAAAAAA……. Mail is working again! Apparently Swisscom issued a new password without me knowing about it.

    I hope this long text has helped some other half-desperate users…:smileyhappy:
